Data entry via the website is now closed but paper proformas can be submitted to the BRONJ Project Manager at the address below.

To submit data please:

• download the proforma
• send a copy of the completed form to the BRONJ Project Manager, FGDP(UK), Royal College of Surgeons of England, 35-43 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PE’

It is recommended that clinicians complete the 'Yellow Card' for all cases of suspected BRONJ - http://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/the-yellow-card-scheme/.

In addition the project team will inform Merck of cases of BRONJ related to Fosamax.
